Return Policy
- Unopened/unused product may be returned
for a full refund within 10 days.
- Opened or used product may be returned
for any reason for a merchandise credit within 30 days.
- Shipping
will be at customer’s expense except in the case of breakage
or leakage during shipment to the customer.
Missing Product
- If you have received a shipment that is missing
or has a damaged part, please use the Contact
Us form and we will reach you by email or phone for the details
so the correct part can be identified and sent to you.
Incorrect or Extra Product
- If you have received product in a shipment
that you believe is incorrect or you received extra product that
you did not order, please complete our online form or
call (877) 390-7566 and we will send you a call tag for return
shipment.
Total Number of Cartons Received
- Before requesting a product that
may be missing from your original shipment, make sure that
all original cartons have been delivered for your order. You
can verify the number of cartons by reviewing the packing slip
or shipping label to see how many cartons were shipped (e.g., "1 of 2" or "1 of 3").
Full Carton Damage
- Cartons delivered to you that are damaged upon
delivery should be reported by completing
our online form or
calling us at (877) 390-7566.
Handling Products With Care
- When returning product to The Happy
Soul, please use sufficient packaging so that there is
no breakage or leakage during the return shipment. Please discard
and do not return broken or leaking product to The Happy Soul.
Final Completion of Request
- Do not discard any product unless your
replacement product has been received OR you have been
informed that you are not required to return the product.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping will be at customer’s expense except
in the case of breakage or leakage during shipment to the customer.
